"After reviewing the property and overall guest experience, I wanted to share some constructive feedback from a property management and hospitality perspective. The property itself has strong potential, an excellent location, and many qualities that make it appealing to guests. However, there currently appears to be a noticeable gap between the pricing being presented and the overall operational and presentation standards being delivered compared to other hotels and professionally managed properties in the surrounding market. While there are no major structural concerns, several areas would benefit from additional attention to detail, preventative maintenance, and cosmetic refreshing. General repainting, touch-up work, surface refinishing, and improvements to overall presentation would significantly elevate the guest experience and help the property better align with guest expectations at this price point. At the moment, certain aspects of the property feel slightly below the standard guests now associate with premium hospitality accommodations. Small cosmetic issues, aging finishes, inconsistent detailing, and reactive maintenance collectively impact the perception of quality and value, even when the property itself remains highly desirable. "Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine, to be expected. The shuttle was right on time every 20 minutes and to the airport quickly. Pick shuttle up on upper floor (top) at door 2. Two top rated Chicago Pizza restaurants within a blocks walk. Good place for a quick layover. "

"There are only two reasons to choose this hotel: its low price and its location—a 10-minute walk to the city train. Other than that, it falls short in many areas: poor management, understaffing (one person seems to handle everything), lack of attention to refilling breakfast items, weak wifi, and non-standard blankets and pillows, to name a few."
