"The staff were helpful in explaining the free shuttle to Midway airport.The shuttle picks you up at a point outside the third level. There is a sign indicating the correct spot. You have to tell the staff when you want to get taken back to Midway and they tell you what time to come to the lobby "

"The front desk professional was kind and friendly. The room was clean and cozy. However, the outside was full of dog poo. There was piles and piles of dog poo on the front area of the hotel facility outside. I believe people live in the hotel with their pets and don’t clean up after them. It’s not a pretty sight and not welcoming to a visitor. "
