"There are deer mice in the room. I killed 2 of them to prevent more from coming out. Beware of deer mice because they can carry hantavirus and can transmit Lyme disease. I reported the incident to the desk clerk at checkout. The room has no view since it’s the first floor facing a hill."

"Our stay was disrupted by excessive noise from the room next door until 3 AM due to a loud party. When we reached out to hotel staff for help, we were told to deal with it ourselves by knocking on their door. This response was unprofessional and unacceptable. Guests should be able to rely on staff to handle disturbances, especially late at nigh"

"Room was very clean. There is a parking garage under the hotel, plenty of parking. It was confusing as to where the main lobby and entrance is when you first arrive, look for a dark log facade. No signs on exterior of building. Breakfast was good with eggs, a meat, and potato variety, as well as waffles, cereal bread, muffins etc. The initiial check was fine, while waiting for a luggage cart we went to the room and discovered no heat. We had to wait 30 minutes for the GM but he was awesome and gave us a different room, and checked in with us a couple times after our first night to make sure everything was good. Our only concern with this hotel is they need to replace/upgrade the old wall heaters in some of the rooms. Again the GM is a hard worker and resolved our issue quickly. We will definitely stay again."

"Nice common spaces but the hotel rooms are rather meh. Not a lot of thought went into designing the rooms - lack of plugs (bring an extension cord and power strip), spotty wifi, coffee but no coffee maker, a rather lackluster front desk staff. Not a lot of navigable space in the room, so don't even think about 4 people and all of your ski gear. Not going to happen."
