The perfect start to our holiday in Italy. This is an amazing place to stay with such attention to detail. The rooms are lovely, the garden and the flowers stunning. But the breakfast is just superb - all lovingly made onsite with homemake yoghurt, cheeses, cakes. I felt like a princess. I will be back as soon as I can! A big thank you to Julia and all of the staff - the hotel is stunning, but you all make it shine. : )

Our stay at Vista - Palazzo has been the highlight of our family's 5 week holiday in Europe. The rooms are fabulous and the service is outstanding. The roof-top bar has a spectacular view of the lake and is a lovely spot to spend the afternoon. My children loved the welcome gift and did not want to check out. Room service was also very good. Overall, we would highly recommend the hotel and a visit to Como, with its many activities, central proximity, and restaurant options.

There is not enough words I can write about how good this place is. Family run and well run to the point we felt like it was a Home Stay! Thank-you for making our trip to Bracca so nice.
The room was clean, quiet and cool for the hot summer. The pool and view were amazing and the local area so traditional. The only hard part was working out when we can get back.

Lovely decor and staff very helpful and friendly but was a little disappointed in our lake view room, it was really just a glimpse and considering the hotel felt very empty I would have thought a better view room would have been offered. Also booked this hotel specifically for having a pool but the pool is like a fountain. I guess this is on me for not researching better but having property called a garden hotel I was a little disappointed
