"Had a great experience at Filario. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and polite. Alessia at the front desk was very helpful as we were able to communicate via WhatsApp and she assisted with different requests. The GM was also very friendly and she made us feel welcome. The restaurant had a very good breakfast. The dinner however was exceptional - one of the best I’ve ever had in Europe. And finally a department that rarely gets acknowledged - Housekeeping. They were fantastic and accommodated our room perfectly to our liking especially with the minor details. Overall the Filario exceeded our expectations and we look forward to going back soon. I miss the incredible view from my balcony ! "
