Other front desk person Darryl also very friendly and helpful. Wish all hotel representatives were this courteous. "This hotel was recommended to me by a family member who stayed previously. The location is excellent as you can walk to anything located around the Harbour. The hotel, despite being older, is well appointed and extremely clean. Our room had a balcony (even though it was small) which was lovely to have. The buffet breakfast (free) was excellent- extensive and offering many options. Staff was very friendly and helpful! As with most hotels in the area - there is a parking fee of $20/ day. I would definitely consider staying here again."

"The hotel is basic which is exactly what it advertised. It was very clean and the room was set up with what you need. The staff was amazing from check in to check out. They called to make sure everything was fine and if we needed anything. We stayed 1 night and is in very nice area and close to the airport."
