"I checked in at 10:00pm after a long day of travel. Very loud music was coming into my room from the bar. I was told it would continue until about 3:00am. There were earplugs on the bedside table, which means to me they know it's a problem they have! It was late, I was exhausted, traveling alone, and nothing nearby had availability at an affordable price. I did not sleep at all. If I had known this would be happening I would never have booked!"
