I was warmly welcomed by reception staff, first point of contact. It was a peaceful stay. Just the pod machine and bar fridge was leaking water but not a bother, I advised via email and an easy fix for maintanence. The whole resort needs upgrading to put in that wow factor. The cleaning could be better and the rooms are getting tired, need a bit of attention to detail, and the food & beverage is extremely overpriced. But the service and accommodation itself is fantastic. I am regular and will continue to return.
