It was such a shame that we had a very good experience overall, right up until check out, The check out experience was so utterly frustrating with one particular individual that I did not even take my bill, he did not listen, constantly was talking over me. In the end, I didn’t even want the bill, which I normally submit for expenses , I would rather pay myself than continue to have such a frustrating experience!! The worst part is we have just started a new project in Madrid so will be there monthly and now we need to find a new hotel..
