The accommodations were spacious, comfortable and clean. The surrounding property was well kept and ecologically friendly. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. The wraparound covered patio was a very nice touch. The view was great, and although there was a fairly secluded feeling there were good amenities a short drive away.

Shelley and Peter are great hosts. They told us a lot about the area, where to hike and eat. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean with a fully stocked kitchen. It was nice to have the BBQ and Hot tub.

Paradise

Shelley and Peter made us feel so welcomed when we arrived and gave us a number of excellent recommendations for our 3 night stay. We immediately felt very much at home. The setting and the accommodation are out of this world. To laze in the hot tub with humming birds in the nearby tree is something I shall never forget. A brief moment in paradise.

We had a brilliant stay here. It was more of a full apartment than just a suite. Loved all the features, the view and the setting. Great spot to return to after busy days of hiking and local attractions. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the peaceful front veranda, watching the sun go down then soaking in the hot tub under the stars and sleeping in the most comfortable bed! Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Wished we could have spent more time here.

The stay was excatly what my husband and I needed. A very peaceful 2 night get away. The lovely covered deck area was my husband’s favourite. We got to watch the sunset with protection from the sun. The grounds has lots of seating, hammocks; and a well stocked suite: Highly recommend. The pub is a 4 min drive- and if you walk 1km down the road you can find ocean access. Not really a beach: but the water was lovely and inviting

Quiet self contained suite with well stocked kitchen and beautiful view of the inlet. Grocery store nearby with many options for making easy meals, as well as local restaurants with take out options. Lovely clean hot tub for post hike soaks. Owners are quick to make suggestions for local activities, and made our stay very enjoyable. Would rent this suite again! Make sure to stop into Baked on the Coast for delicious coffee and baking, daily soups and sandwiches.
