"Host Michelle has created a perfect place to escape the rat race. Set amongst a eucalyptus woodland, the natural views from every angle of her tiny house are picture perfect. The property has everything you would need. I was super impressed with the composting toilet. If you wish to make use of the fire pit, ensure you book outside of the fire danger season. ‘Long walks’ are on the unsealed roads that provide access to the property which lead to generous views of the lower lakes. While we only caught a glimpse of kangaroos from a distance, a group of alpacas did pay a close visit. There are plenty of wineries, to dine and visit within a short drive…or simply grab a book, relax and just be."

"Breakfast was excellent all round. Staff were great, more than ample choice of cereal, juices and hot food. Toaster was a bit slow! Only disappointment of whole stay was the evening meal menu - could not buy a steak or a schnitzel! Limited choice - we didn't go back the second night. Up market fine dining not really our cup of tea! Some more basic options would have been better."

"As soon as we stepped through the door we were treated like VIP's. The girls at the desk were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Our room on the 4th floor had a fabulous view of Adelaide. The room was very quiet, comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a good selection to choose from. Tonsley train station was an easy ten minute walk."
