"Love the location of this hotel .. away from hustle & bustle of cbd, great eateries around the cnr on hutt st, can walk to Rundle mall, easy parking out front ( parking meter) hotel is meticulously clean however is getting a bit tired, could do with fresh lick of paint and new carpets. Only disappointment was our booking with Expedia invluded a bottle of wine however reception said ‘ that’s an error and we’ve told Expedia that they are no longer providing wine , guests not informed though, obviously not a deal breaker however hotel should honour booking inclusions "

"The grounds are beautiful. Right next to Shiraz trail for bicycle or walking.. The room was large, clean and had what was needed. The hotel room is a little older style. Loved that you could sit outside and have a wine or two. Reception staff was also very friendly and efficient check in.."

"The bathroom equipment was very old! The carpet wasn’t vacuumed and plenty of bugs were running around. Stuff friendly and parking good. We didn’t have breakfast because we checked out immediately after sawing the accommodation."

"Upon my arrival I was informed that the hotel has a no cash policy, so I had to go to a bank and put the money into my account and then return to check in. The room was clean but lacking in the usual nick nacks like bathroom packets etc. On my second night, I realised that instead of $100 deposit, which was stated,the hotel had taken $200. Upon checkout I was informed that the $200 deposit would be returned to my bank account that very afternoon. It is now evening and still no money has been returned to me. I have contacted the hotel and am still waiting for a reply"

"A very attractive hotel with well designed rooms and facilities. We had issues with the air-con - hard to get the temperature right and the air was blowing uncomfortably straight onto the bed. Beds were firm."

"Room was clean and staff really friendly. Room was quite run down though with lots of things broken. Nice location close to some coffee shops and very quiet."
