"The house was very clean when we arrived, no problems checking in, rooms were extremely generous in size, plenty of bathrooms and kitchen equipment. Property was ideal for our family of 17, Grandparents, children and grandchildren, still felt spacious despite the numbers. Fantastic location if you’re into fishing and boating. Our boat was tied up at the jetty for the duration of our stay. Kym (host) was very responsive and helpful. The only negative was that the outside of the property(decks, pool equipment etc) is in need of a little bit of maintenance however, this didn’t impact on the enjoyment of our stay. The kids loved both the outdoor and indoor pools."

"We received a friendly welcoming smile after 7 long hours on the road, which was lovely. Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed, with an extremely comfortable bed. Even though this motel is just on the outskirts of Childers, it was only a 3min drive back into town. There's lots restaurants & pubs offering meals, with several places offering takeaway, so we could dine back in our room if we preferred. All in all, a great motel to stay in."

"Thank you so much for our stay at your property. It was very "homey" and comfortable. We also had a 9 month old puppy and she was at home on the back porch. We talk her for a couple of walks and it is a very friendly neighbourhood. If we are ever in Childers again we will definitely be contacting you again.Thank you again for the hospitality."

"We enjoyed our stay with Christine thoroughly. It is in a quiet location, where we wanted to relax on the verandah, listen to the birds, watch the horses, and enjoy the breeze. Being able to have our two dogs stsy with us was a mustand they were secure on the verandah. The cabin was tidy and had everything we needed. The shower was nice, and the drinking water was tank water and tasted good. The bed was comfortable. Tv is available, a clothesline too. The closest beach is Coonarr Beach which is pristine and very beautul. Coonarr Cabin isan easy 15 minute drive from Bundaberg and Bargara. I would highly recommend Coonarr Cabin."
