"Right in the beach front which is lovely however when arriving i noticed the pool was shut so i was tokd i can use the pool next door the carlton hotel , i arrived on the hottest day of the year it was so hot but when i got to my room it was even more hotter there is no air conditioning and also noticed the bathroom heater was on , i asked the house keeping team coulld i have a fan and the ladys attitude was very rude said no there all out in other peoples rooms not even a sorry , however reception staff are nice and friendly, where are the house keepers common sence when cleaning rooms turn the bloody heating off as the switch was left on , also if staying in this hotel dont forget to take a fan with you ."
