"Our stay at the Nesean Plaza was so nice. This stay was a part of our Honeymoon. We got a bottle of champagne and a plate with fresh fruit when we arrived! The staff was very kind. And most important, the room was so clean! We got clean towels everyday. Breakfast was a buffet and had enough optione to choose from. If we go to Crete (Heraklion) we would stay in this hotel again. Really recommend this hotel!"

"Stayed one night and it was perfect!! Staff were helpful and only 15 min walk from the main areas which was great. We didn’t want to stay right in the hustle and bustle where it was loud. Breakfast was also really good. Had everything you wanted. If I go back to Heraklion I’d definitely stay there again. Parking included was a bonus."

"Overall, it’s a pretty great hotel, but it’s not worth the price point. Pros: - clean room and shared spaces - very warm staff, super helpful and great service - good breakfast selection - welcome drink and traditional beverage provided - in room amenities (hair dryer, iron, tv with many international channels) are great Cons: - for a newly built hotel there were some small issues that you wouldn’t expect. For example the bathroom door in our unit wouldn’t easily close without a very firm push. - there is a club/restaurant across the street and they were playing very loud music and singing until 3:30 AM and even with the windows closed it could be heard. We were told that the hotel will be undergoing some renovations to help with this soon so hopefully it will be fixed. - location is close to the water and some beaches but a little further from the city centre where most of the shops and restaurants are. We found it difficult to get taxis to the hotel so we walked around 20-30 mins which might pose a challenge if you have mobility issues."

"Amazing views! Very friendly staff. Family owned hotel that take a pride in what they have to offer. Photos and description of rooms accurate. Good breakfast. Very relaxing, quiet and calm atmosphere. Plenty sun loungers, no need to reserve. Attracts a wide range of ages. Under 20 mins walk to centre of village which has shops and plenty of tavernas by the sea. Mini market 5 mins walk. Several beaches within walking distance. We have stayed many times."
