I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the location was excellent, with plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always helpful. I also really enjoyed the balcony. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would happily stay here again.

The property is located in a nice area. Lots of restaurants and night life. The staff are super helpful and the cleaning crew did a great job. Room for improvement the breakfast was abundant but only one cup of coffee maybe coffee should be open. Shampoo and body gel shower should be separate instead of the same for both the hair and body. The room description should be more accurate indicating that all rooms had the same size bed had I known that I would have chosen a different room.

The staff at the reception desk were exceptionally helpful in terms of booking restaurants and other information The location is central and yet quiet with local people and the view from the room was open over a church square You dont have the feeling of tourist crowds thst is stressful

Beautiful room with balcony overlooking the church square. The room, lobby and hallways were very clean. The location was perfect for seeing Heraklion. On the edge of the old town with pedestrian streets but the hotel was close to a main street with bus service and taxi's could pull up right outside. The main restaurant street was less than a block away.
