"The property was just right for us. The drive up the mountain is not for the weak of heart though as most of the climb is on steep and narrow roads. That said, most folks take it slow and work together to get where they need to go safely. The view was stunning and the atmosphere relaxing. Pool was key. We did not stay long enough to use the grill or pizza oven but it was fun to have. "

"Having read all the reviews we were really looking forward to our stay, Villa Imperia didn’t disappoint! The Villa has the most spectacular view in all of Crete, what a way to wake up every morning. A stroll down the (steep) driveway and you’re at Plaka Beach. A lovely flat stone beach with plenty of Sun loungers and a regular cafe service, so you don’t have to move a muscle other than slipping into the beautiful sea. "I can only say that this house is a dream. If you want to relax but still feeling like at home this is the place. The house is in an amazing country environment and the house itself is very nice and every detail is thought with attention and elegance. The owner is very kind and provides you with all the information about Crete in advance. She is also very quick in answering if you need something ( our gas can finished on a Sunday and she managed to replace it in few hours.) For us it was an...
