Very impressed with the hotel and the staff, who were beyond friendly, helpful and accommodating. Modern design, high end amenities, super comfortable suite with two balconies and very clean. We can't wait to return!

Loved the modern design and well equipped room. Convenient location, only an easy twenty minute walk to the city centre. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within 2 minutes of the hotel. Easy ten minute walk to catch direct local bus to Knossos, you don't need an expensive tour bus, as I went for the eight am opening to miss the crowds and had left by ten am when all the tour busses turn up.

The hotel was new and very clean with good design. The mini kitchen was convenient for tourists who want to have dinner inside. The lady staff at reception was kind and works very quickly. I recomend this hotel.

The room was very nice and clean, the staff were lovely (they even called the rental car company for me to sort out a misunderstanding) and we were very happy with the fitness room and the pool. Overall we would stay again!

Convenient location for walking to restaurants and only 1.5 miles from the port of Heraklion. Great space for our family of 4. The rooftop pool isn’t really usable however so a bit misrepresented. Instead they have a narrow lap pool on ground level. Staff was wonderful and very helpful though!

On the plus side: Fantastic value for the money. Spotless room. Note that there is no spa and breakfast, the website description needs to be updated.

Newly build complex around 10m drive from Heraklion center. We stayed in the suite which had a seperate Queen bed and 2 x single beds in living room. It is a great place to stay! Rooms are spacious, beds super comfortable. Room is super modern. There is a good size fridge, washing machine and cooking appliances. The gym is decent, and there is a pool. Parking is tricky at night but they have a dedicated parking area which only fits around 7 cars. We always managed to find a spot even if it was 5m walk away. Great value for money.

stayed 2 nigths in sept with family, the hotel is nice - sharing the service and reception with anither hotel across the street. rooms , beds , shower all good. Balcony facing a backstreet. the hotel is in a outskirt area of the more central streets if the town. the pool is much smaller that in pictures and cold - not in sun really. good place - without kids we would have considered comming back - would pay the same and get better closer to beach/city

This was top notch and a great find. The units we stayed in were super classy, elegant and functional. Staff were very friendly and helpful (especially alexandra). The level of professionalism and overall quality we experienced would easily run over $500 per night in the US, if we're lucky. High Value!

Our only issue was how hard the beds were. The staff were exceptional and the suite was very well presented. A suitable one night stay in the centre of Heraklion.

Mostly good except the area was crowded with limited parking. They had a parking lot but it is very small and full so we we had to find a spot on the street.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our family and I’d absolutely recommend it. The size and layout of our apartment was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. We found the kitchen to be fully equipped for cooking and there was a dishwasher and coffee maker. We were also pleasantly surprised by the washing machine tucked away in a cupboard. The staff were wonderful and always very helpful if we had a question. An absolute gem of a place!

We stayed for a couple of nights with kids. It was comfortable and clean. Just know that it is surrounded by older buildings. But well insulated so we didn't hear the traffic. Good for a quick stay. Staff was helping. We got in late but it was a keyless entry and staff sent good instructions. Washing machine was helpful.
