"I think the property is a super location to the vital parts of the town. The access was smooth and simple when coming from the airport. Checking out was easy and they even have a luggage store if your flight is later and need somewhere to store it until your departure! I did have a broken small shower head in my bathroom but the rainfall shower made this no issue. Would highly recommend a stay here to anyone."

We were only staying for a short night to be near Heraklion airport for an early flight, but it would have been incredible to stay there a whole week - full facilities including washing machine, kitchen, full lounge, large bedroom, generous bathroom, etc. Nice private feel as the studio is lower-ground. "We had a nice room with a balcony and view of the harbor. We were disappointed with the breakfast. We arrived soon after breakfast had started and even so all of the hot items were cold. Cold eggs and meats the are intended to be served hot should be. It really had the potential to be an excellent breakfast as there were plenty of options. We didn’t dine at the restaurant as there were no gluten free options for me, but that worked out wonderfully as on the next block is a fabulous restaurant called Veneto 1860 Bar & Restaurant. The menu was extensive with gluten free items identified on the meal and the view was perfect of the fortress and harbor. Also if you need laundry done, there is a wonderful drop-off service across the street and a few doors down. They will even drop-off your laundry to the hotel. We were able to get same day service at a very reasonable price."

"Old town location. Parking lots are close to the hotel(150m walk to StS lots). Front desk staff were helpful. Good free beakfast. Beds were comfy. Housekeeping could do better, our bathtub had a bath ring, needs a good scrub! Asked staff to put our beds together to make up as a double and they didn't bother. Both nights we came back after a days out onbtours and the patio door was left open so we weren't happy with that."
