Fantastic view from our room the breakfast was amazing and the staff were wonderful the only thing I would say is to ask where your room is we had a lot of stairs and whilst the staff were amazing and carried our bags up when we left it was early and we had to carry our bags down

A real gem of a hotel. Amazing views across the bay. Service was incredible, nothing too much trouble. All the team were very friendly whenever you saw them around the hotel. Walkable to local beaches and restaurants. Pool was spotless and grounds well cared for. I would definately revisit!!

Great hotel in lovely location.

I booked this property on the basis of reviews. We only stayed for two nights but would definitely return for a longer time. Accommodation was great, fabulous pool, friendly staff and nice breakfast each morning. It really did live up to the previous reviews left.

This is my third stay at Pela Mare, there is something unique about the landscape and atmosphere of this place. All staff members are also very friendly and welcoming, from reception to bar and room service. If you are looking to relax and immerse yourself in beautiful views in Crete, don’t look any further.

Beautiful little boutique hotel for my 7 day stay in Crete! Staff very welcoming from the moment I’ve arrived till the moment I checked out to the airport. Everyone welcomed me with a smile and always asking me if I need any help . Shout out to my room service lady Poppy for her recommendations on what to see in Crete and also the front desk people for their attentiveness. 5 star service. I miss Crete so much!

Everyone around here are extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Sofia, Giorgios and Antonio at the reception were eager to provide you the necessary information about Crete. Housekeeper Poppy is exceptionally wonderful. Maria at the breakfast bar is always happy to help. Only one thing I must mention about the room we had was obstructing the sea view by the breakfast bar. Of course that was compensated by the morning sunrise view from our balcony.

It was a nice time at Pela mare hotel, the ambience is lovely and quiet for a family relaxation. What is unique about the Property is the aerial view, the wonderful Greek culture and amazing staff. My stay was okay until my check out time and was slammed with an unplanned bill which was based on not passing information correctly. Information should be decimated properly and detailed accordingly because language barrier is imminent. But overall it's not bad for a family stay. The management should look into ways of passing information in order not to put client in a tight situation that can be avoidable. It was a wonderful visit to Pela Agia and Pela mare hotel made it worth the while ....
