Top Luzerner Alps Hotel Reviews

AMERON Luzern Hotel Flora

10/10 Excellent

"Amazing property, very clean and staff was so kind."

Astoria Lucerne

10/10 Excellent

"Our stay at Hotel Astoria was a pleasant experience. The rooms were quiet except when the staff was cleaning the rooms above ours's. The breakfast was good with a variety of fruits, cereals, breads, as well as the standard heated trays of eggs, bacon, etc. About the only complaint is with the bathroom. It is not senior friendly with an extremely slippery tub surface and nothing to support oneself. Maybe a child could use the tub but it was difficult for an adult sized person to get in or out. The lighting could also be improved."

Hotel Central Luzern

10/10 Excellent

"The location was easy to find. Have to find a parking place on the street, but it was doable a few blocks away. Easy location to get to everything."

ibis Styles Luzern

10/10 Excellent

"Nice breakfast and maid service everyday (on request) which was nice! Great location near all the old town attractions and shopping."

Hotel Royal Luzern

8/10 Good

"Very friendly staff and beautiful scenery if on the lake side. A bit difficult to get to when walking uphill with luggage if you don’t have a car."

Grand Hotel National

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel was nicely situated from the train station. The view of Lake Lucerne was simply stunning from our room. The staff was quite helpful and the facility is well kept!"

Hotel Des Balances

10/10 Excellent

"Don’t look anywhere else. We had trouble getting to the hotel - they sent two staff members out to take our car to the parking garage and our luggage. The balconies overlooking the river were phenomenal. The bathroom ceiling has a star ceiling that lights up as a night light. I couldn’t say enough amazing things about this hotel. We should have stayed there longer."
