Bürgenstock Hotel & Alpine Spa exceeded expectations. Gorgeous and modern design with amazing amenities. Had beautiful views of the Lucerne Lake, which never disappointed at sunset or sunrise. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. I’ve stayed at several 5 star hotels around the world including Four Seasons, Belmond — and this place is truly special!

Very expensive. The hotel is great. Very good facility and amenities. And the view is amazing. But!! the price doesn’t worth it. We stayed at other hotels in the area and while they were simpler hotels - they were great. And the breakfast was as good if not better. And the room was the same size. And they coast 25%
