    "Hotel room floor was very dirty - I spilt some water on the floor and dried it with a tissue which was completely black. Pillow cases smelled of someone’s oily hair - house keeping likely didn’t change them so I had to request for clean pillow cases and change them myself. The bathroom smelled of puke.
