"Great hotel, great location, incredible food at the hotel, breakfast buffet was delicious. The rooms were spacious 2 room suites with two full bathrooms."

"The location is good and nice lobby interior. But the rooms have no desk area- NOT good for working person. The door to my room would not close without a HARD shove (felt unsafe) and a lot of noise in the night. The breakfast staff was completely unprepared for being busy- they were out of coffee for 20 minutes and nearly all food empty- staff was trying but was not acceptable for 8am. In general the staff was not friendly- I went out of my way to use spanish and be friendly and they were NOT interested in being helpful. No amenities like a gym, and the restaurant onsite has been closed except breakfast. Decent experience for the price but I would not return."

"Booked this hotel after deliberating between a few boutique buildings and it did not disappoint! Though there are no elevators, there is staff to help you carry bags up upon check in, and there are not many floors to begin with. Food is excellent as stated by many reviewers already, staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. We were street facing so noise levels were moderately high at times, though not the worst (we just closed the windows, this is not a dealbreaker). A cons: very slow drainage in showers and sink, probably characteristic of an older building. Not a dealbreaker per se, but it wasn’t very pleasant to be showering in 2 inch high dirty water. All in all 8/10, would not mind coming back if in the area!"

"We went in a group of 18 people. Got a shock of life that hotel staff won’t accept cash payment in US$, only Colombian peso at the rate of 4000 peso where as official rate is around 3600 peso. They can accept card payment in US$ with 7% extra on top of amount booked. Worst ever treatment at check-in. Rest of the staff was good and helping in nature. We will never ever visit this hotel in future with this kind of treatment."

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The Four Seasons Casa Medina is a beautiful historic property with superb staff and great food. The hotel is located in Zona G, perfect for walking to great restaurants and accessing unique stores. The rooms at the hotel while clean and sound proof with excellent showers, could use a little additional TLC due to usual wear and tear issues. The conversion to a hotel took place in 1988 and the last major renovation took place in 2015 when it opened as a Four Seasons."
