For not being in a very central location this hotel compensated by its boutique feel, very comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful staff and safe and walkable areas around with plenty of great and affordable dinning options!

Muy bonito hotel y limpio y la habitacion aunque no tenia una vista placentera pero estaba agradable. Me quede en una propiedad VIP y el joven de recepcion me dijo que me habian dejado una botella de vino en el cuarto pero no me podian ofrecer un upgrade ya que era lo que decidiera el hotel y ellos decidieron la botella de vino la cual ni la pude utilizar ya que no tenia para descorcharla. En el desayuno no prestan atencion si deseabamos cafe

They DO NOT HAVE ANY ROOM UPGRADE program, that is a false publicity. They told me that the bottle of wine ( gift) represent the only upgrade that they have. I upgraded my room but I had to pay 100,000 pesos for the second night.. those rooms were available and empty upon my arrival. I’m very disappointed with the premium VIP program. I tried to contact Expedia, but I couldn’t find any phone number.

Good-ish hotel, not so good area
The hotel is two streets away from a nice area (starting at Calle 93), the location is convenient, but quite dodgy. The breakfast is pretty average, low quality bread and cold cuts. Bed and pillows are very comfy, nice bathroom and room in general. Staff is really nice.

Buenas tardes. El aire estaba dañado y hacía demasiado ruido desde el mismo, pudieron cambiar la habitación desde el mismo día pero lo hacen solo cuando el usuario manifiesta la inconformidad. La ubicación está en una parte bastante solitaria y puede ser peligroso en horas de la noche. Cobros que no son claros sobre impuestos al momento de la reservación y cuando se hace la confirmación de compra especifican que los impuestos están incluidos pero al momento de llegar al hotel hacen el cobro nuevamente de estos impuestos y esto dice que están generando duplicidad en los cobros. Nada más, gracias!
