"The breakfast was really nice, hoeever the dinner that we ordered through rooms service was not really good and we only took a few bites unfortunately. The price of the food was very high so it was a bit of a shame. "

"We went in a group of 18 people. Got a shock of life that hotel staff won’t accept cash payment in US$, only Colombian peso at the rate of 4000 peso where as official rate is around 3600 peso. They can accept card payment in US$ with 7% extra on top of amount booked. Worst ever treatment at check-in. Rest of the staff was good and helping in nature. We will never ever visit this hotel in future with this kind of treatment."

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The Four Seasons Casa Medina is a beautiful historic property with superb staff and great food. The hotel is located in Zona G, perfect for walking to great restaurants and accessing unique stores. The rooms at the hotel while clean and sound proof with excellent showers, could use a little additional TLC due to usual wear and tear issues. The conversion to a hotel took place in 1988 and the last major renovation took place in 2015 when it opened as a Four Seasons."
