The Hotel is centrally located and not far from bus station. The staff is wonderful and very helpful! They helped me with everything I needed. I would definitely stay there again if I come back to Bogotá

I really liked everything about this hotel, the style, decor, cleanliness, bed comfort, and breakfast were all excellent, as well as the reception staff. I wish I could give it a 5 but almost every night the music was extremely loud and into the early morning hours, coming from their own cafe. I was on the floor above the cafe so maybe other rooms aren’t as bad, but if sleep is important ask for a room away from the street and cafe. Also I was in two different rooms and the cook top didn’t work in either. There are easily fixable things, in which case I would have given a 5. The neighborhood isn’t great but safe enough and easy to get to most anywhere in bogota by uber or Cabify

Leo is alway great. He always offer help navigating the city and tourist destination the easiest way. He even recommended a driver to brought us to Salt Cathedral. Very affordable friendly hotel in the middle of Chapinero.

Great base for a solo traveller

Very comfortable and spacious room. Perfect breakfast to start the day (pastries, fruit, cereal, eggs made to your liking). Great location. Good security. I would definitely stay again!

The hotel is very unique and cute. The staff were great, and the made to order breakfast was delicious. We didn’t like the spiral stairs going up to the loft bedroom. They are treacherous in the middle of the night. Book the hotel, but ask for a one level room.

Great place to land in Bogotá

Loved the space I had with a wonderful view of the street and such a convenient location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there 24 hours. I always enjoyed breakfast. And the neighborhood was excellent for exploring. Was glad to land at Grace Chapeneron Hotel for the week!

The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. The rooms are newly updated and very clean. The rooms we stayed in all had a mini kitchenette. A simple breakfast was provided with fresh fruits and freshly cooked eggs of your choice. The street that the hotel is located on is very dirty and felt unsafe at night. The neighborhood is fine in the day time but felt unsafe after dark. For the price point, this hotel provided a very comfortable stay.

Great place. Fix the key cards, though.

Great place to stay, in general. Clean, friendly staff, solid breakfast. Unfortunately, the room keys are cards that have the hotel name AND room number on them. So if your card is stolen, the thief knows exactly where to use the card. I’ve never in my life seen this. It’s a very unnecessary security risk.
