"The property was bigger and better than expected!"

"Listing was spot on - no surprises, everything in order. The mid century home is full of thoughtful little details - we quickly felt right at home. A/C, appliances etc all worked well. The neighborhood is charming and quiet, and we were a quick Uber or car ride away from everything we could want. However, there we nights we felt so at home we just hung on the sofa streaming shows. A great place!"

"The property is a nice place to crash at when you are visiting Austin and need to be close to the convention center. The space was clean. The living room and kitchen are not very spacious but decent sized. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook a few meals. The 3 bedrooms are all well sized. The master bath is quite spacious. All rooms had clean sheets and some closet space. Master bedroom did not exactly have a closet but had a rack to keep your stuff on and a pole to hang clothes...

"Conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown Austin, as well as a short walk to the bus tiling Congress Ave, this cozy abode was a great place to stay. Clean with great indoor and outdoor space. As mentioned above, a short walk to the numerous shops and eateries on Congress Ave too. Communication with the property manager was easy and open. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Everything worked out very well for us, as expected. There were only five of us in this day so we were very comfortable with the bedroom accommodations. Caesar, was very attentive to our that came up as we stayed there but, responding to us very quickly each time. We were there to attend NASCAR races that weekend and the location only could have been better if we were next to the track. Haha."

"This home was absolutely PERFECT! From the minute you step on the front stairs to the rooftop deck was exactly as described! All the bedrooms were big and the beds so comfy! Bathrooms were large and showers were ideal. The icing on the cake is the outdoor spaces. Our personal favorite was the rooftop deck with its stunning downtown Austin views. We started the day there with a cup of tea/coffee and the birds, ended the day with outrageous sunsets! Hands down I highly recommend everyone to stay...

"This house is so cute! We chose this house for our bachelorette party to stay at and it was perfect. Plenty of room for 6 people. I do think there should be a door in the largest bedroom between the shower and the bed area, though. Especially if 2 people are staying in there that don’t usually share that type of space together.
