-Included with your reservation is an accidental damage protection insurance policy that protects everyone from any unexpected accidents. The full name, address and date of birth of the primary renter must be submitted within 48 hours after booking to our insurance partner, Safely.
-Bachelor/Bachelorette groups must all be over 30 years old.
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
-Additional deposits may be required.
-No pets allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

Amazing and beautiful property, will definitely stay again!

Nothing but great things to say about this property, it was extremely comfortable, clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Plenty of parking space and felt very secure.

Excellent house and location

The property is exactly like in the pictures and was in a great location. Close to the Mueller area and downtown without being in the hubbub. The house is very beautifully decorated and my family and I had a great time.

Perfect Place for a Group

Beautiful home. Was a perfect setup for a bunch of adults with separate bathrooms for each bedroom and a great common area. Location for perfect for our trip.

Great place, close to downtown and UT

We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation. The condo was beautiful and extremely comfortable for our family. We spent a good bit of time near UT for graduation and downtown and South Congress for eating. All were a short drive. The ping pong table/dining room table was an unexpected hit for everyone. I would stay here again.

An Austin Good Time

Convenient nice location close to the airport. You must enjoy steps, but fun layout especially 4th level city-view patio. Mgt was very responsive to any questions/concerns.

Great Getaway Experience

Beautiful home, each room thoughtfully designed. We loved our stay for the weekend and enjoyed all aspects of the home. The rooftop was one our favorite parts, especially the views of the skyline and experiencing the fireworks!

Great place for our family to gather for a long weekend to spend in Austin. Close to downtown and with all the amenities, with a few unique features such as the fun rooftop and tennis table /dining table! Very responsive hosts and communications. Will definitely consider for next year

Beautiful property in great location

We had a great time during our stay. It was very clean, great location, only about 15-20 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to go. Wish we could have checked in 30 minutes earlier since our flight landed at 2:30 and we could have gotten to the VRBO by 3:30, but understand that we had to wait until 4pm.

Property was great size for 5 adults, very nice to have multiple bathrooms as well. Everything was clean and well kept. Unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy the firepit rooftop during our stay due to weather but we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Austin and felt centrally located to everything

SXSW stay

The home was lovely and we had everything we needed. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and we were able to make ourselves at home right away which can be hard to do with a rental. We did not have rental car and the area was not really walkable so that was the only tricky part. But we loved the upstairs patio to relax and have our morning coffee.

Nice unit- location is up and coming neighborhood. Would not recommend walking the area at night alone but during the day it was great. The home itself was fabulous, the management team was fantastic and overall, highly recommend staying here!! Views from the rooftop deck are amazing!

Modern Eastside Gem

We absolutely loved this place. Easy to find and close to all the Austin sights. The main floor with its open kitchen and ping pong dining table was where we hung out and played games. The bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and comfy. We felt very safe and secure. Oh, and the rooftop deck was wonderful for sunset cocktails!

Great Stay for UT Graduation

Everything was great. Stayed with small family of 4 adults for my son's graduation from UT. Convenient to everything in Austin including campus. All the amenities were brand new and well supplied. Only warning would be if you have someone who doesn't do well with steps. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Perfect Vacation Rental

We had three couples staying together for a friends son wedding! The house was beautiful just as pictured! We all had our own. Bedroom and bathroom. Lots of room to spread out, the kitchen was well stocked with plates utensils appliances! It was very clean and I would definitely stay again! If you are considering booking it go ahead and book it!
