Senior community located in the Belmont Shore area of Long Beach. Unit was built in 2004 and features 2BR, 2BA plus office/den or 3rd bedroom option. The open concept floor plan has a dining room opening to the family room as well as breakfast bar with a view from the kitchen. There are tons of cupboards and counter space in the sunny kitchen with vaulted ceilings throughout all main living areas. Master bedroom includes direct access to rear deck, and a private master bath with walk in shower, dual sinks and linen closet. This unit also has full size inside laundry with washer & dryer included. Rear deck is perfect for outdoor entertaining and there is a large storage shed in addition to ample car port parking for two cars. Large ramp located on side of home opposite carport is perfect for wheelchair access and this unit is single story with no steps inside. Park amenities include newly remodeled main clubhouse, heated pool, spa, fitness center, billiard room, and library. Gated community includes 24 hour attendant and is walking distance to dining and shopping options or a short drive to Belmont Shore, Naples, Seal Beach, and near freeways. Monthly space rent is currently $1425.00 plus approximately $60 for guard gate and trash fee.
