Welcome to your new Malibu oasis! White water and unobstructed 180 degree ocean views from the Queen’s Necklace to Catalina Island. And all you need to do is bring your toothbrush! From the smart entry keypad to the balcony that spans its entire length, this luxury unit has been newly renovated and is fully furnished. The living room offers a sofa with chaise lounge, coffee tables, and brand new 65” inch Frame TV, where you can stream all your favorite shows. The bright and open kitchen offers custom cabinetry, stone counters, and all the amenities you would need to cook a perfect meal, including wine fridge, Nespresso machine, and Ninja blender. A beautiful 4 person dining table can be used for entertaining or working from home. The primary suite boasts a walk-in closet, 50” flat screen TV, and luxurious bath with trough style sunk and spa shower. Fall asleep to the sound of waves in a top of the line king-sized adjustable base bed. The secondary bedroom offers a queen size bed and large closet, along with a secondary bath with shower/tub combo and granite countertops. Both bedrooms are outfitted with soft, cozy bedding and assortment of bath towels. Weekly maid service is included and private Laundry closet is located directly underneath your unit. 1 compact carport space included and tons of street parking.
Perfect location! 10 minutes to Santa Monica and Palisades Village, 12 minutes to Malibu Pier, 16 minutes to Brentwood Country Mart… enjoy a Malibu lifestyle without having to be too far from town.
This unit is on the third floor and requires walking up the stairs, so not ideal for those with injuries or handicaps… but perfect for those of you who don’t want to have to deal with getting your squats in while you’re on vacation!

Views are UNBELIEVABLE!

What a lovely place. The view is UNBELIEVABLE. The ocean views are truly 180 degrees. Everything is super high end, clean and comfortable. I would start my days with a latte on the terrace and watch the sunrise. It was a perfect environment. I loved the wooden floors, the walk in closet, and the clean modern kitchen. There were even velvet lined jewelry drawers in the closet! The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, mugs, plates, silverware, cutting boards, anything you need! I loved cooking there and also ordering in food. It's great to be so close to PCH but not hearing traffic noises. Loved the location! Easy to get to Santa Monica, Malibu, and the 10! 5 Stars and I'm telling all my friends about this!!
