"The house is much bigger than it appears. The location is a little bit of a drive from town but completely worth it for the views and the family of mule deer that visited and we loved the fenced in yard area for the dog. Great communication with the owner when needed. It did have some dirty bedding, and some things were dusty like it needed a thorough cleaning. Would suggest some full length mirrors and nightlights, but overall it was perfect for my family and our dog. We miss it already and will be back! "

"We needed an early check in due to our wedding. It took calling everyday for 3 days to get it approved. The beds are comfortable and room was clean. Upon our departure, there were football team busses blocking at least 20 cars from backing out of parking spot. Had to run around finding someone to move buses. Then police cars were blocking our way out. Being charged for 1 car overnight with a confirmed reservation was also very frustrating."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The location was excellent—set in a nice, safe neighborhood and just 10–12 minutes from both Horsetooth Mountain Open Space and downtown Fort Collins. The apartment itself was very clean and well kept, and the host was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any messages. I’d happily stay here again!"
