The Armstrong Hotel

"The Armstrong is a true gem of a hotel. Quiet, comfy, luxurious, and wow does it have location. Everything about it was well done from the parking all the way to the fluffy beds. I wish the king-sized room had a more useful layout (the chairs, they do nothing) but I'll admit that's a really petty complaint. Back to the location. We didn't move our car the entire time we were at the Armstrong because it's so centrally located in downtown. We had choice overload on places to check out and that was just based on what we could walk to. Every time we wanted to go to "The top [bar/breakfast/whatever]" of Fort Collins, it would turn out to be right around the corner from the hotel. I'd definitely come back for another stay."

"Amazingly good location. Staff were very helpful. Beds were really comfortable. However it feels like a work in progress. Needs a chair in the room. Needs a towel rack near sink. No coffee pot in the room. Very nice restaurant on site. Just a few more amenities would really add to the stay."

"This was such a beautiful and functional property! The koi pond out front and fishtanks inside make it so unique and fun! My son, who is 5, loved playing with all of the toy sets provided and reading the books before bed! We cooked on the grill one night and utilized the outdoor eating space every evening to sit and play games! The host was extremely easy to communicate with and you can tell so much love and thought has gone into her rental! Also, we were so close to Old Town and many great restaurants, which made the experience even better! We would definitely stay here again!"

"Interior was clean and roomy. Well stocked kitchen and the location was centrally located. The outside property was in pretty rough condition. Tree branches scattered all over the back yard and the landscape company was sleeping on chairs in the backyard for over 1/2 hour."

"This may be my favorite vacation home EVER! The host thought of absolutely everything. As someone with migraine, having light dimmers in every room was a game changer. The bed was cozy, there were plenty of extra blankets to keep us warm, and the fireplace in the bedroom was so amazing. Best of all, it was SPOTLESS! I could go on and on, but truly - I would recommend this home wholeheartedly and would absolutely stay again "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Grapevine Alley. The tiny home feel made it cozy and comfortable—like a home away from home. Having a kitchen was a great perk, especially for making our own breakfasts. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, which added to the overall experience."
