"The communication and ease of checking in and out was great and it was in a very convenient location. The beds were awful though. Very old mattresses that felt like an air mattress and made noise when you moved at all. Extremely flat uncomfortable pillows. Nobody in my party was able to sleep well. I would highly recommend replacing the mattresses and pillows as it is not expensive to buy decent ones at places like Walmart or Costco."

"Great place to stay at. It is close to lots of great food options including the restaurant downstairs. It is also very convenient to CSU. If you are super sensitive to noise, the train that goes by is in close vicinity. Would definitely stay there again. "
"Beautiful home in a great area of old town. We stayed at Magnolia House for our daughter's wedding and it was conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants. the home was well equipped. For the accuracy of the listing I gave four out of five stars because the home was better than the listed described. The bathrooms were luxurious in the downstairs and upstairs masters. There is no AC in the downstairs but even in the summer this was ok because the house says cool. The hot tub is off the downstairs master and there is no privacy (shades or blinds) from the bedroom. So, if others want to use the hot tub in the evening, they would be in full view of the room occupants. The kitchen has a coffee maker with a basket filter. The kitchen utensils could use an upgrade (to match the nice-ness of the home). Overall, a wonderful stay and we were all very comfortable. I hope to be back again. "
