With a cozy queen bedroom, a well-equipped kitchenette, and inviting indoor and outdoor living spaces, it’s the perfect retreat for a peaceful stay in Fort Collins. Enjoy thoughtful touches, easy parking, and a comfortable space designed for relaxation.

You’ll love being right across from City Park, where walking paths, open space, and lake views are just outside your door. The home is also close to CSU, nearby coffee shops, local breweries, and the restaurants and boutiques of Old Town. It’s an easy, convenient location that lets you experience Fort Collins at a relaxed pace.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Enjoy a cozy fire pit with four Adirondack chairs, a wood-fired grill, and a cornhole setup for relaxed afternoons outside. You’ll also find a bistro dining set for two and a dedicated dog run for your four-legged companion.

INDOOR LIVING: 43” Smart TV, dining table with seating for 4, board games, ceiling fans

KITCHEN: Kitchenette with a dishwasher, microwave, two-burner hot plate, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener. There is no oven/stove.

BATHROOMS: There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

PARKING: Off street parking in front of the home

LOCATION: This home is directly across the street from City Park, making it easy to enjoy walking paths, open green space, and lake views just steps from your door. You’ll be close to CSU, nearby coffee shops, and the vibrant restaurants and breweries of Old Town—all within a short drive or bike ride.

PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.

NOTE: This is a carriage home located behind the primary residence. The space is fully private for your use.
