"I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The location was excellent—set in a nice, safe neighborhood and just 10–12 minutes from both Horsetooth Mountain Open Space and downtown Fort Collins. The apartment itself was very clean and well kept, and the host was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any messages. I’d happily stay here again!"

"My son got married nearby, so his sister and I picked this spot for our downtime. Absolutely perfect! Comfortable, stocked with fresh eggs and coffee (even a brita full of water in the fridge), clean and quiet. Danny and Dee are incredibly accommodating and take pride in this little spot. If a rooster waking you up or chickens clucking around the yard aren’t for you, this might not be your spot. I loved it all. And only about a ten minute easy drive to town for food, groceries, shopping. Can’t wait to go back!"
