"Staff was very friendly, room was clean, bathroom was spotless. But, swimming pool was not open. And, the beds seemed quite old and lumpy. "

Need more gluten free and dairy free options at breakfast. Sign said major allergens, but no labels elsewhere. No hardboiled eggs in stock. Keycard was annoying for elevator, but maybe a necessity. if so, volunteer more than 2 keycards for family. Tree branch had fallen in parking lot, other trees looked to be cracking, so need tree maintenance or cones to block those parking spaces off."
