"This is the second time I have stayed. Both times I have waited more than 15 minutes to check in and there were big queues. Other staff were clearly in the office behind reception but did not support their colleagues who were trying their best. The lifts are very slow and the rooms look old and tired. "

"Great location, great staff, very posh. If you are an American you appreciate the room size. The rooms are nice and not small like many European hotels. Pool was nice too except for the obnoxious children constantly jumping in the pool."

"Room was clean. Very very small but we expected that. It’s like a modern hotel in an old building so that was great. A couple things didn’t work. There’s both USB-C and USB- A chargers on BOTH sides of the bed but only one side worked so wife and I had to take turns charging our phones and then down the hall was a water-filling/filtration system that ALSO was not working but the tap water tastes fine. Great location for getting to the Westminster area and Heathrow on the Underground and good choices for restaurants nearby. "
