It’s a beautiful old apartment with high ceiling. It is close to all the attractions. We walked to everywhere. It s close to Hyde Park Kensington and Buckingham palaces. The place is super comfortable. I would love to come back again.

Unfortunately my stay at Egerton only lasted one night as the studio/bed sit I was on sprung a leak from the apartment upstairs at 3am. So bad that we had to be moved. While I can’t fault the egerton staff , they were fantastic, they couldn’t accommodate us in any of their other properties so we were moved to a larger apartment owned by the landlord. Sounds great but wasn’t. The apartment provided to us was awful. It was not a regular rental. It was a dumping ground for the cleaner who serviced all the other apartments in the area. It had no amenities at all and the kitchen was filthy. It was so bad that we used it for showering and sleeping only. While I can’t fault the Egerton staff for their communication I feel that we should have been given another one of their multiple properties across London. It seems that we were fobbed off to the landlord who clearly wasn’t interested in our comfort. For this reason. I would probably not use egerton / Nestor again

Do not book this property. I booked and paid in advance via Expedia. They said they would send an SMS message for me to check in and receive details about how to access the building/room. Despite several messages through Expedia to the property saying I had not received any SMS they did not send me check in details. When I arrived in London and contacted them to say I needed check in details they told me they didn’t have the apartment anymore due to a “Back-End” issue. I was left high and dry and had to find new accommodation for 3 nights with no notice. When looking to find new accommodation they were still advertising saying they had apartments in the same building but they were now 3x the cost. Expedia worked with me to find a new place to stay and refunded the difference in costs given it was last minute. Expedia were great Egerton Apartments and the agents they work with were shameless. Be warned.
