SECURITY DEPOSIT
Please note we require a holding security deposit of £200.00 - this will automatically be refunded back to you after your stay.

Please be aware that it is essential to comply with the rules and regulations outlined during your stay. Failure to do so will lead to the full deduction from your security deposit. We kindly request your cooperation in following these guidelines to ensure a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Thank you for your understanding and adherence to these terms and conditions.

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT
Check-in: after 4PM
Check-out: before 10AM

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon prior arrangement. Otherwise, check-out must be prompt, with a £20.00 charge for each additional hour.

After booking, please ensure the pre-arrival requirements form is filled in in order to receive your check-in details in time before your arrival.

KEY REPLACEMENT
The cost for lost keys is £150.00.

NOISE POLICY
We request that noise be kept to a minimum between 10PM and 8AM to respect our neighbours. We enforce a three-strike rule for disturbances. Your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment is appreciated.

PARTIES
Strictly no parties or gatherings of any king are allowed within the apartment or building. If the booking is allowed and guests are found to be holding parties of any kind, you will be evicted immediately with no refunds due and a fee of £200.00 will be charged.

BREAKAGES
Accidents happen! Please report any breakages immediately. Minor issues generally won’t incur a charge, but significant damage may result in a deduction from your security deposit. We’ll discuss any costs with you before you check out.

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or the apartment blocks' internal communal areas. Smoking is permitted on external balconies that are present in an apartment only. A surcharge of £200.00 will be made if evidence of smoking is discovered in the apartment.

PETS
To accommodate guests with allergies, this is a pet-free home.

THEFT
All items are stock-checked after every visit. Any theft of the property will lead to a full deduction of the security deposit.
