Everything was great, quick and easy check in. Rooms were clean and tidy, housekeeping came and cleaned the house every morning, there was loads of crockery to use in the kitchen which was great as my partner and I cooked every night we were there! The garden was nice too, I’d definitely stay here again! Good value for money and very comfy beds - we stayed in the quadruple room with our own private bathroom.
Only downside’s were that there’s only one bathroom on the 1st floor for all other rooms but there’s no bath plug. Also they don’t mention a security deposit when booking, they send you an email saying you need to pay it before getting the codes but you can pay with Klarna like we did lol. Only thing is we had to contact them twice to get our refund back but it’s on its way now.
Overall rated 9/10 would definitely stay again.

Average but ok for the price
This hotel wasn't the most expensive so can't expect the world but there were a number of things that made the stay worse than ut could have been. First the check in time of 4pm is extremely unreasonable. Not sure why it's so late when checkout is 11am. Also the room was billed as having a double and a single bed. It's not a single bed it's a Z bed and a very old and tired one at that. Double bed was comfy but disappointing about the lack of the single bed. Lastly the house must be the noisiest in London - everything from doors to flooring creaks and the toilet makes it sound like the place is coming down when it flushes - not ideal with one bathroom to 5 rooms. Other than that alright, nice quiet location.
An adequate place to stay for a few days. Residential area, but not a particularly nice one, fly tipping and 10 to 15 minutes walk from nearest DLR which was Mudchute. Check in was a nightmare. I had to phone for the key safe number and while I was on hold, a neighbour told me this happens all the time. The property was obviously being used as a laundry for a hotel as the cupboards were rammed with toilet rolls and bed linen. Black bin liners full of bed linnen were piled up outside the kitchen. The kitchen was barely adequate with limited cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates and cutlery. The bath had no stopper, so I had to use a bottle of shampoo to cover the plug to have a bath. The bedroom was adequate and the bed was comfortable and clean. The tv needed an account to view and the water heater outside my room was noisy. There was an unused bicycle and outside heater in the garden which needed attention.
Great stay and good value for money in a lovely residential area! The property was very clean and comfortable.
I was sent the door codes before arriving, so getting in was very easy. Would stay here again.
This is pretty basic accomodation with shared bathroom that too on different floor. Its not clean and hot water also didnt come. Finding place also takes time. I will prefer to come again rather than this student hostel is better and much economical and clean
Ok, but really loud when the guste next room put on loud music in the middle of the night, and no staff to contact.
Shared toilet is not that nice, as i know from booking.
Unfortunately the property room that we were assigned was not up to an acceptable standard, unclean, tired and noisy. We left 30 min after arriving and drove home to Manchester as my young daughter did not want to sleep on her “bed”
There was a good customer phone service who removed the obstacle of bad advertising
On hotels.com should be clearly seen all conditions before payment. Such as hours of checking, deposits etc
Presented well, but there cleanliness is questionable. There was mould in the bathroom. The bedsheets in my bedroom smelled funny a bad smell. Bed was comfortable which was a positive. There were stains on the floor of the bedroom
Pour customer service. Verry difficult to join someone on the phone. Shower and toilettes not in the room but only shared with other peoples and for all that it was overpriced
Other guests left/arrived at 2am loudly. Cars on the street outside were racing and honking.
Unbagged trash in the front yard and across the road.
There was a delay in sending security code numbers (no SMS text) and had to contact Expedia Customer Service (who were great).
I can’t recommend this property.
Access was difficult and stressful trying to get hdlp checking in late and alone! Had to keep knocking on the door and a kind guest let me in.
Bed sheet was unclean, clearly hadn't been changed from previous guest. As there was noone around, it was 10pm, I had no choice.
Noisy, uncomfortable bed meant I hardly slept.
Worn, scruffy bathroom and shower broken.
I felt vulnerable and unsafe.
