The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Tanjim certainly lived up to his reputation - very welcoming on arrival, very friendly throughout our stay, and took the time to ask how well our day had gone, regarding my daughter's wedding. I would like to say, that he is a great asset to the hotel, and his attention was very much appreciated.

For an express hotel the cleanliness was exceptional the staff was very courteous. The hot breakfast was a plus. The organization and efficiency of the staff was exceptional. I do recommend this hotel when in London.

The hotel was clean with outdated and stained carpet in the room. Used the bathroom middle of the night and the toilet did not stop leaking water. We had to flush several times until it stopped. The breakfast was the highlight of the stay. It was well appointed and staff (Nicolette) engaged with us while serving. She surely made our experience richer.

Rooms were good size and were well kept. Room service cleaned our rooms every day. Breakfast had a lot of options and was delicious. Coffee machine had a lot of options, Flat White became my favorite. London is a beautiful city. This hotel made our 4 days stay even more fantastic.

Excellent service! Great staff at front desk and also Claudia was lovely. Easy walk to the Black Friar tube station and very close to the Tate - London Eye etc. bathroom newly renovated - room was tiny. Glorious ac! Great breakfast. Super expensive but the most decent price hotel that we could find in a convient central location. Please fix your drink fridge! If you are an IHG member you are able to get a late check at till 2pm which was great on our day of flying.

Clean, business-friendly environment. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. The riverside is easily accessible, and I went jogging almost every day during my stay. The tube station is a bit far, but still within a reasonable distance. Borough Market is also within walking distance!
