Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The host never responded, after 5-6 messages. On sent from Heathrow 2 hours after the check-in time, after a 11 hour flight from Los Angeles, saying I was in London, please give me the information to access the flat. Finally, 5 hours later and many unhelpful calls to VRBO, I had to rent a hotel, for double the nightly price, checking in at midnight, very tired and jet-lagged.
