"This used to be my favorite hotel in London. This trip, the hotel was just not as well maintained. In addition, one of the three elevators was broken, making it challenging to get to rooms and also to check out. The location nd staff re fabulous. The hotel just needs a little love and attention."

"Definitely the nicest Hotel in Blackpool, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. They have a very good buffet style breakfast with coffee and tea service. If coming to Blackpool, this is where you should stay."

"The property was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the location was very convenient. The hotel rooms are really old and ready for renovation. What really made the experience good was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional."

"The room had all the amenities of a regular hotel. It was clean, well- lit & comfortably furnished. Toiletries, coffee & tea, plus bottled water were complimentary. More than adequate storage space for a single traveller. Excellent transport connections within a five minutes walk. I have stayed in a number of university properties and this one still tops the list for facilities, location and value for money."
