Great space

We had a wonderful holiday. The place was clean and spacious for 9 of us.

The flat itself was nice. The 3 steep staircases and lack of handrails at the top made it unlivable for 2 of our party. We ended up having to move and losing a lot of money. The property manager said the stairs were listed on another site but we booked through VRBO which didn’t have it expressed. It did say there was no lift and all our party can handle stairs at a reasonable degree, but not as excessive as what this flat required.

This property was a good value and very convenient location next to a tube stop. Anna was extremely responsive and helpful when we had needs or questions. It was up three flights of stairs to get to the flat with no lift and we didn’t realize it was split level. Kitchen/appliances were pretty minimal (for us no coffee maker was a bummer). And it would have been nice to have a few extra towels and such. Overall it was a nice stay.
