We stayed for two weeks and the house accommodated me and my wife, our two sons, and their girlfriends quite comfortably. Lana and Stefano bought an extra mattress when we upped our numbers from 4 to 6 people which I very much appreciated. Otherwise this would not have worked out very well. The property abuts the Grovelands Park, which we made regular use of, and is less than a 15 minute walk to Southgate station. The only suggestions I have is a) to add curtains to the front room - we felt exposed without them and as a result didn't spend any time there, and b) add more seating to the main living room. Overall, a great property!
