About this property
Entire place
You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
A comfortable and well-equipped 3-bedroom garden flat in Kensington & Chelsea, just a one-minute walk from Earl’s Court Tube (Zone 1). With direct access to the Piccadilly and District lines, the flat is an excellent base for exploring London — museums, parks, theatres, shopping and Heathrow Airport are all easily reached without the need for a car.
Space & Layout
The flat is arranged over the lower ground floor and works very well for families and groups up to 7, with the option to accommodate an 8th guest on the sofa-bed if needed.
Bedrooms: - Master bedroom with en-suite shower and triple glazing - Second bedroom with a bunk bed (single above, small double below) plus an additional single bed - Third bedroom, a small converted utility room with a single bed — cosy and ideal for a child or solo guest
Sleeping Flexibility: - Ideal for 5–7 guests - Sofa-bed in the lounge can accommodate a 7th or 8th guest for shorter stays
The main bathroom includes both a bath and shower — a useful feature for families with young children.
Living & Cooking - The main living space is open-plan and includes: - fully equipped kitchen - dining table - washer dryer - comfortable lounge area with TV and sofa-bed
This setup suits longer stays, family trips, and guests who prefer to prepare some meals at home.
Private Garden (Rare for Zone 1)
A standout feature of the flat is the private 70m² garden — a rare find in central London. It includes seating, outdoor lighting, power outlets and a barbecue, making it a lovely spot to relax after a day in the city when the weather cooperates.
Location Highlights
Earl’s Court is one of London’s most convenient and well-connected neighbourhoods. Within a few minutes’ walk you’ll find: - supermarkets (Tesco, Co-op, M&S Food) - cafés and bakeries - international restaurants - green spaces
Nearby attractions include: - Natural History Museum - Science Museum - Victoria & Albert Museum - Hyde Park - Kensington Palace - Royal Albert Hall
Heathrow Airport is approximately 40 minutes door-to-door via the Piccadilly line.
Practical Notes (For Clarity) - The flat sits on a main road, so some traffic noise can be heard in the front bedrooms (triple/double glazing helps) - As a lower-ground flat, natural light levels are moderate; professional photos may appear brighter than reality - Not wheelchair accessible - No parking on-site (typical for Zone 1), but public transport is excellent

We very much enjoyed our stay here. All of our questions were answered before we arrived and we had a couple special needs that were accommodated. It was very clean and comfortable and a nice place to settle in after our long journeys..
We had a great time exploring the city! The Hop on Hop off bus was just minutes away. The tube was close by. We found grocery shops near. A great get away!
The absolute best thing about this VRBO is the location. Great access to the Tube and the bus system. The apartment itself is functional but needs attention to furnishings and bathrooms. The photos on the VRBO site are dated and not really reflective of the current condition of the property. Absolutely no fault with the water pressure and plenty of hot water for 6 ladies. A little TLC would go a long way to make this unit more desirable. Alec the owner was a great communicator and very easy to work with. Overall the stay was good.
The is a GREAT flat, 1/2 block from Earl’s Court Underground Station. Walking distance to everything you need for your stay. The Flat itself came with everything!! — fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, it had it all. Alex is a great host, very communicative, very good check in/check out procedure. If we ever make our way back to London, we will definitely stay here again!!!
Family site seeing trip to London, lovely property in a very convenient location. William was there to greet and and show us round the flat and gave advice for good restaurants, there is also M&S and Tesco Express within walking distance overall perfect location.
This was a cozy, clean and safe spot for our family of 7. Easy to access the tube which made travel to anywhere in London a breeze. William the property manager was very responsive and helpful with great dinner and ice cream recommendations.
Location was excellent! Very close to Underground station. Had everything we needed. Very accommodating with our early arrival. Downsides were similar to most city dwellings: plenty of outdoor noise, and night time lights outside (blackout blinds, but still plenty of light coming through - though I've learned to travel with an eye mask). Largest mattress could use some more support. Also the walls near the ceiling could use some dusting. With a few minor updates, this place would be excellent, but overall was still a great stay.
We loved our stay at this property. My son and I were able to walk to his beloved ‘Blues’ stadium to catch a once in a lifetime match. The location of the train was really nice as we also had theater tickets. And William was simply the best!
William met us there upon our arrival and showed us around and let us know of nearby grocery and restaurants William was also available to answer any questions. This property was easy to get to from the airport and to attractions using the underground. It was nice having a living space where we could sit after sightseeing all day and talk and enjoy each others company
Excellent location, right across the street from the “tube”. William was a great property manager and answered all our questions about London and provided excellent recommendations for local eateries!!
The location was 1 block from Earls Court Underground (we used the District and Piccadilly line) The property could use some tlc. The property host was friendly and helpful as was the cleaning lady. I would stay again and recommend it
Nice place - close to the underground and stores/food
Close to London only a few minuts
Clean and enough space for our family
Only thing “wrong” is that there Can be noise from the Street but nothing a couple of earplugs can’t help with.
Alex is Nice and Wiliam gives good advice for good restaurants

Week in London
Great location, next to the underground station, close to grocery shops and in a nice neighbourhood.
Easy contact with owner before and during the stay.
The house could be better cleaned and needs some renovations. (Humidity in the master suite and bad isolation in the single room.
Very nice little flat across the street from Earl's Court on the District, Circle and Picadilly lines, very convenient. The flat is comfortable, nice size and bright. The street noise usually dies down at night so sleep wasn't an issue. The stairs going into the flat were a little steeper than I thought, but manageable. Would stay again!
The property was spacious and perfectly fit the needs of my family. The kids room was cozy with a view of the outside. The check-in was simple and the location was a short 1-block walk to the subway station with many restaurants and a grocery store all within walking distance. The area seemed safe and I didn’t feel nervous walking around after sunset.
Some time seems to have passed from when the pictures were taken, but the rental was clean and comfortable. The washer/dryer was a huge convenience as well.
One of the best things about this flat is the location. It is incredibly close to the Earl’s Court station, making our exploration of the city very easy. Alex, the host, is also very communicative. The description of the flat provided is honest and accurate.
Loved the location. Just a block off of Earls Court tube entry. Easy to walk around the area, and plenty of shopping. There is road noise in the front bedrooms, but you are told about it in advance and it is normal for anyone who has ever lived in a big city. My only real down side is the walls could use freshening up, the paint is just tired and a little lacking.
The beautiful back garden, in perfect summer weather. Wow!And so close to the station. The host was really helpful, but the supply of cutlery and crockery could benefit from an upgrade.
