"Very convenient location! Good access to Public Transportation and Great Shopping adjacent to the Hotel! Unfortunately, the Hotel room had VERY Poor Internet (SLOW and got disconnected several times). Also what Hotel does not have Facial tissue int the rooms?!?"

"Had a great stay here. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Everything was very good, breakfast was excellent, staff were so helpful particularly Lydia on reception. Great location for train station, river ferry and shops. "

"The staff were excellent and very welcoming. However, after a long flight we really needed rest and a chance to recharge our devices. There was not one USB outlet in the room which was very inconvenient. We were also disappointed that there was no hot water for showers in the morning."

The location is excellent — very central and close to everything. The apartments are also wonderful: comfortable, well equipped, and they really make you feel as if you are at home. "Older property. It had an old world charm. From the soft jazz music in the lobby area to the room decor. Not modern and cold, it exudes warmth. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was the best part. Nicely presented buffet. Views from our room of the river was nice. Nice stay. Would recommend this place to anyone. "

"Room was clean. Hardly seen staff on duty. Amenities are very poor, bathroom was shockingly small, very little room between shower and toilet, no room to hang towels, shower leaked out into rest of bathroom. I would never recomend this hotel. Not worth the price by a long shot. "
