"The entrance to the property has a wasp nest right above the gate. To walk through the gate you have to brush up against under cut bushes and plants. The grass was over grown and was extremely neglected. The rubbish bins that were out the front upon arrival wreaked of fish! The refrigerator does not work at all, so all food spoiled. And check in details were only provided after requesting them 2 hours after the normal proposed check in time. The tea towel was also mouldy. "

"We booked 19 September and paid same day. The day of our arrival 10 December I rang to ask how to get in and they said they didn't have our booking. Then said we had to wait for cleaners as we were a late arrival. House was dirty, beds unmade and advised we had to make our own but no linen clean to use. Huge concerns are the pics I have of pool fence gate not able to be shut, pool chemicals lined up next to the pool where children can access. So much more that I am sending to a higher...

"It was overall a good stay, with the exception of only having 1 chair to sit on was an inconvenience. A bit different to what we are used to, but found we didn't miss the tv. Booking in was a bit worrying for me, as I had not used anything like this bofore."

"Our family of 12 all thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away . Plenty of room to spread out, we all enjoyed the refreshing pool as it was a hot weekend. Spent a lot of time relaxing on the patio too. Would recommend it for families. "
