"Very nice and cozy, great location "

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! The room is basic but equipped with all the essentials (private entrance, private bathroom, kitchen sink, and fridge). It’s perfect for use as a home base while spending your days out and about. It is very close to a bus stop, about a 4 min walk, which gives easy connection to the rest of the city. The family is very quiet and we were not disturbed at all during our stay. "

"The property was clean and pretty much as advertised. Note there are not four queen size beds but 2. The cutlery could do with being changed too as it is cheap and not fit for purpose."

"It was a lovely stay. The house is spacious and enough for 5 people. We like the backyard and the kitchen mostly. We are the first guest but we liked it. Tram is exactly 13-15 min walk. Bus stop is also near by but not that frequent. On cleanliness washroom and cupboard can be little more but I am sure the host of this house is so good that he will take this point. "The apartment was great. We loved the location. It is within walking distance of most of the main sites and train station. The hosts were great and we had a nice welcome basket. Would definitely stay there again if we return to Edinburgh"

"Amazing location. Heart of the city yet you feel like you are in the countryside. Lovely communal space. The large glass windows out to the private garden are amazing. However parts of the property are a little tired and could do with a refresh."
