"Very clean especially for beach area where sand can be an issue. Walkable through center of town to beach at 15 minutes with good places to eat and not overally saturated with tourism. Host very easy to get a hold of. The pool is a nice touch and we would hose off sand before getting in but nice feel before going to bed. in"

"Great place to stay to discover San Pancho. Just a short 8 min walk from the beach in a quiet residential area. Very friendly staff and sparkly clean I wished we were notified that the pool wasn't available due to maintenance."
